To get a replacement for a damaged or faulty product, you must follow these steps.
Read this if you are unboxing your Product now.
IMPORTANT:
1. Record One Continuous Video
Start recording before opening the box.
Do not stop recording until the process is complete.
2. Must Show these in your Video Recording:
- The Box: Show the sealed box and the serial number.
- The Unboxing: Open the box and take everything out.
- The Check: Look closely at the product for any damage.
- The Test: Turn the product on and show how it does not work properly. If you see a problem, film it clearly.
3. Apply for the Refund/Replacement:
Contact us for a refund/replacement, Send this recorded video on our whatsapp.
We will check your video and if applicable, we will either refund the full amount or send you the new product (according to our convenience).
Remember:
You must make one full video, not several small clips.
If you do not send this video, we cannot process your replacement.
Once we receive and approve your video, we will resolve your claim.
Read this if you purchased the product in the last 30 days.
and now it stopped working, you can request a claim.

The solution for this claim will be either a 100dred Percent refund or a product replacement, as per our company’s decision on your claim.
